Burning Permits

Getting a Burning Permit

Burning permits can be obtained from multiple locations depending on your preference.

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR) issues burning permits via phone or email. You can access the details at their Burning Permits page.

Check the Daily Restrictions site or call the DNR after 11am to get the latest information for the county where you wish to burn.
